SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship worldwide.

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) we have the option of standard shipping (2-3 working days) or express shipping (24 hours after the purchase). All our shipments are done with Envialia S. L.

For the clients living in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries the fares will depend on the place. Please contact us at info@vestigiumstudio.com

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the items you ordered (always in perfect conditions and with all the original tags) within a maximum period of 15 days. You are responsible of the shipping cost to our warehouse, and in case of exchange we will pay for the shipping of the new item.
